What was / were the first 12 string models Martin offered and when?

The answer may lie here somewhere, but have been unable to find it here or on the Internet.  Not looking hard enough? ​I know of the 18s, 20s and 35's from the 60's (I think).  I believe the D12-28 was first produced in 1970.
